Born Robert Aubrey Newman in Covington, Tn. Married Bettye L. Ayers. They were married for 53 years and had 1 Daughter Michelle Tennyson. Dad had 1 Son from a previous marriage Bobby Newman now living in Nokomis, FL.

4 Grandchildren-Aaron, Brooklyn, Taylor and Grace

1 Great Grandson-Robert Newman by Brooklyn.

He was 1 of 7, the second son born into the family. 1 Brother (Bud Newman) 5 Sisters (May, Lucille, Ruth, Frances and Lula Bell aka Tiny)

He was in a car accident on September 11, 2002 and passed away at The Med on September 18th 2002 from injuries sustained from the accident. The boy who hit him got 6 months for reckless driving in the county jail in Tipton County.
